Measure the existing limb bolts but be sure measure the bolt from base to end, not end to end just in case your stock ones are recessed.

Sorry, don't know anything about Predator bows. But if it's 5/16" bolt, it will work w/ 3rivers antler bolts.

I'd say yes they probably could. They feel pretty porous. I think a good soak in some black coffee might do the trick. Hope that helps.

Absolutely...I just used some walnut stain and mine have that classic old look your desiring. Note: take them off the bow to stain them. They dry quickly and the smell dissipates in a day or two.

I have used wood stain on three different sets with good results. They seem to stain dark in relation to the stain used so error on the side of a color a little lighter than you would want, you can always go darker if need be but going lighter after they are to dark is tough. If you have tapered limb bolts don't forget to get the tapered adapters.

Are these made with 1/4x20 bolts, and if so how long is the treaded part?

I don't know what size the bolts are... But u believe there is a I dusty standard so the thread should fit any takedown longbow/ recueve. The length of the bolt is given on the site... It lets you choose your desired length..... The length is from the base of the burr to the end of the bolt. Hope this helps!

The one's that I purchased were 5/16-18 and they come in three or four lengths for what you need. The accessory bolts may be available in 1/4-20

Will these work on the PSE Mustang? Brass insert button 3/4" diameter with Countersink bolt on the bow now. Will I need the countersink brass spacers you sell to fill the gap?

Trophy Bur Limb Bolts will work on every bow,.... with brass insert buttons,
......with or without brass spacers, but, honestly I didn't like it, they (Trophy Bur Bolts) have bigger
diameter that any spacers you have on the bow and they will look to big and to high on the bow
(they look fake anyway). The only good thing is that the bow becomes "no tools TD".
      Thanks

I do not have a Mustang here to check it against, but a vast majority of bows will use a 5/16 limb bolt. You will just need to select the correct length of bolt. The adapters will help you to make sure that you get a secure fit.

Will this work on my hoyt dorado?
Asked on 6/3/2012 by hoyt bow hunter ks from wichita ks

      A:

It should work on your hoyt dorado, as long as the threaded hole is perfectly perpindicular to the limb itself. My Wes Wallace recurve has a slight angle to it, so I had to return the antler limb bolts. The bottom of the antler bur had a 1/8 inch gap and would not sit flush on the limb.

      A:

No it will not work on the Dorado or the Buffalo.

  • Q:

Have a Bear Bearcat T/D with thru the limb bolts. Bolts are 5/16x 18 thread. Bolts are nutted on the belly of the bow. If the antler bur bolts are the same thread then they should work, correct?

      A:

Yes, if the bolts are of the same size they should be a great fit for your bow. Make sure to get the same length of bolt as what you have now.

  • Q:

Question on Bolt length. Does it refer to total bolt length or length of the threaded portion. Ask this because part of the bolt length will be buried in the antlers.

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

These are measured from the bottom of the antler that will rest on the limb to the tip of the bolt.
