    i only want 2 keep my sleeve out of my way not protect my arm.how tight can this b and not restrict movement.

      A:

      The arm guard would not really restrict movement. It is only meant to be worn on your fore arm. If you are only wanting to keep your sleeves out of the way, I would recommend the Fred Eichler Armbands. They will help to keep your clothes out of the way and not be as bulky as the armguard.

      This is a fully adjustable armguard and does a great job at compacting your sleeves to keep them out of the way.

      The armguard can be snugged up fairly tight and it is about 2/3's as long as your arm, so there is no restriction in movement.

      Not sure of the material used, but I will say one thing. You are never gonna wear one of these things out.

      New they are very stiff and take some time to conform to your arm. That is the small price you pay for the excellent quality and protection.
