      A:

Get the largest size they offer and if you shoot 3 fingers under and anchor using the side of your mouth be prepared for lots of cheek slap. I think, personally, it's designed for Olympic recurve shooters who anchor some where under their chin although they might experience some neck slap.

how do I know what size formaster to order?

      A:

Draw arm should be straight when measuring circumference around elbow. Measure at the largest part of the elbow. Strap should fit snugly around the draw arm when arm is bent in the full draw position. If strap is too large, it will slide down the arm, causing the rubber cord to be too weak to obtain optimal results.

      Sizing Shooting arm measurement
      Medium 10" to 11"
      Large 11" to 12"
      X-Large 12" to 13"
