    Why do you not recommend this sharpener for woodsman style heads? Which sharpener do you recommend. I have used razorcap heads in the past. I really like their general design. However, I'm looking for a sharpener that will create a more acute bevel angle on the edge. I ask because the razorcap is very similar to the woodsman. Any input would be appreciated.

      A:

      The Snuffer and the Woodsman are sharpened to two different angles. We recommend a flat file or hone to keep the angle where it should be. I am not sure of the angle on the Razorcaps. If you are looking for a more acute angle, I might suggest a two blade sharpener. You will want to be careful that if you use any of the two blade CC sharpeners that you do not chatter the blade.

      You could but, it will change the blade angle to that of the Snuffer.
