Q: Could you use these trade points on bamboo shafts if you drill out the center and glue in a solid bamboo plug? Would this give enough support to keep the bamboo shaft from splitting? Answer this question 1 answer A: These can be used with the bamboo shafts but you will want to put a fore shaft on the front. If you haft these right to the bamboo it will split the shaft on impact.
