Q: I saw that for the Medieval Socketed Arrowheads that it was said "at least an 11/32nds shaft" so which would be the better, 11/32nds or 23/64ths? Asked on 7/13/2012 by Bubba J from Athens, Alabama Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: It is not that either one will be better or worse, you just need to make sure that the shaft being used is not too small. Anything 11/32 or larger will work better than a 5/16. Answered on 7/18/2012 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: Is the price for these heads for just the one head or a pack of them?? Asked on 2/7/2012 by Jonathan Michelin from NorthWest River,NL Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The Medieval Socketed Arrowhead is sold by the each. Answered on 2/8/2012 by Johnathan Karch from 3Rivers Archery
Q: why not for hunting??? Asked on 6/4/2011 by yopapa from yomamas house Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: They are field point. The will not get the same penetration as a broadhead and will not create as big of a hole. It is always recommend that a sharp broadhead is used for hunting. You will need to check with your local game warden as well. Some states have restriction on what points are allowed for hunting. Answered on 6/6/2011 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: How does this arrowhead do in penetrating armor? Will it go through two layers of armor, for instance a breastplate and chainmaille? Asked on 11/30/2010 by TheArcher Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: We have not done any testing to see the penetration ability of our medieval points on medieval armor. The bodkin point is very accurate on chain mail though (I saw it watching History Channel). Answered on 12/28/2010 by Johnathan Karch from 3Rivers Archery
Q: What shaft diameter do they have? Asked on 10/19/2010 by Bill from Alabama Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The Medieval Socketed arrow heads require at least a 11/32" diameter shaft that has a point taper on it. Answered on 10/20/2010 by Johnathan Karch from 3Rivers Archery
Q: What is the weight of these points? Asked on 9/24/2010 by Airborne Archangel from Stanley Mission, Sk. Can. Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: I pulled 5 out of the box and weighted them. They ranged from 300 grains up to 350 grains. These weights are just for the ones I weighted. The weight can vary from shipment to shipment. They are meant for replica arrows, so I would not advise to shoot with them. Answered on 9/27/2010 by Johnathan Karch from 3Rivers Archery
