    What inserts do these screw into the back of? I cannot find any listed on your website that these fit.

      A:

      These adapters screw into the base of the point insert that is glued in your
      arrow. Weights can be screwed into the adapter to balance your arrow more
      forward of center. There is a selection of different weights that can be
      screwed into this adapter.

  • Q:

    the PDP adapter screws into the aluminum insert already installed on my Beman Thunderbolt correct ? I will not have to take the original insert out ? the RSP of my bolt is 11/32 and my outside diameter is 22/64. I only need to add 25gr weight so what size(s) would I need ?

      That will depend on whether the insert is tapped all the way through or not.

  • Q:

    I want to add 20 gr to the inserts for my Easton 2018 Legacy shafts. I think I need ACPI-2018 inserts and WA-20 weights...this is from the PDP website. Your info here seems to indicate otherwise. Any help or guidance?

      A:

      I use a DZ-2018 aluminum insert and a PDP universal master adapter which weighs 10gr. I add 30 more grains to mine by using a 30gr speed point weight. I got all this from the 3Rivers website.

      I have used the grizzlystik brass weights and  the pdp as well on 2018 legacys, just make sure you have the dxinsert.

      These will fit in any insert as long as it is threaded on the back. If it is not you can use the Special Aluminum Inserts (insertdx).

      A:

      Yes, you would put the master adapter into the insert and then you would need to get the other PDP ten grain weights to screw into the back of the adapter. You will be able to make a number of different weight inserts.
