Q: Are the arrows weight matched?
A: Our cedar shafting are not matched by grain weight, but are matched by spine weight. You may see as much as a 50 grain difference between shafts.

Q: How do I know what spine to buy?
A: Depending upon your draw weight, point weight, bowstring material and draw length, your spine can change. Normally, at a 28" draw with a 125gr point with a B-50 Flemish string, from a 50# bow the following would be recommended to start with: Longbow 45-50# spine, Recurve 50-55# spine.

Q: How do I straighten wood shafts?
A: Wood shoots great out of Traditional bows but does need some maintenance from time-to-time. We do all straightening by simply looking down the shaft and finding the bend and flexing it at the high spot in the opposite direction. It takes a little time and practice but is fairly simply.
