I would recommend the large sleeve for anything over 55# to 60#. I would recommend using the large sleeve for your 60# sleeve. It appears that the smaller has a flat on the side the backing would be on, but the larger appears more egg shaped - I cannot tell from the picture. I also am assuming the the 1 and 3/16 inch is the width not the depth. Can you describe the handle shapes in more detail for me? I will get our photographer to get a image from above to show the shape off better and get dimensions drawn on the image so it is easier to determine. Thanks! Answer this question 1 answer A: Approximate Outside Diameters: Small: 4" tall x 1 3/16" wide x 1 1/2" deep Large: 4" tall x 1 3/16" wide x 1 5/8" deep I pulled one of each from stock and measured them. So just know these numbers are from only one sample of each size.
