Q: Is this the insert that you would use if one want to install a arrow rest?? Asked on 10/5/2012 by Darryl Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: No, these inserts are for mount a quiver or other accessory to the outside of the riser. I do not have any inserts that will allow you to install a plunger or elevated rest. Answered on 10/9/2012 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: would these work to attach an ams bowfishing reel? Asked on 9/6/2012 by bob from west coast Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Yes, you would instal these inserts in your bow and you could then attach the AMS Reel. Instead of drilling holes you could also use the AMS Traditional Mount Bracket item number 5548. Answered on 9/6/2012 by Art from 3Rivers Archery
Q: What size hole do you drill, mine did not come with instructions? Asked on 7/16/2012 by Dave from Steubenville Ohio Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: You will need to use a 5/16 drill bit to install these inserts. Answered on 7/17/2012 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: Do these inserts come with bolts? If not, what size threads do they take? Asked on 2/28/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: They do not come with bolts. They allow you to bolt on a quiver, fishing reel, or other accesory to your bow. The thread size is 1/4". Answered on 3/1/2011 by Justin from 3 Rivers Archery A: These inserts do not come with bolts and washers. I used existing bolts from another bow and don't know exact size. Take an insert & bracket to a hardware store and fit proper size bolt and washer into insert. Make sure the bolts are not longer than the insert is deep plus thickness of bracket you are attaching.
