Q: will it work on an older type bear grizzly recurve Asked on 3/25/2013 by storm from kingsport tn Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: Yes it will work just fine. Answered on 3/26/2013 by Clint from 3Rivers Archery A: Hi. Yes, it should work on just about any Recurve bow and even some long bows! Just pay close attention to where you will be placing it to get optimal performance! Good Luck! Answered on 3/25/2013 by whopitiman from Olalla, WA
Q: I shoot a 1996 Hoyt Pro Star Legecy compound with fingers. The center shot is 3/4 out from the face of the bow. Will this reach? Will this fit around a 2613 Easton Shaft? Asked on 8/29/2011 by Anonymous from Franklin, TN Know the answer? Answer this question 3 answers A: This arrow holder will reach that far. The 2613 would be a tight fit. Answered on 8/30/2011 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery A: It should reach. However, you might have to slice the flap on the holder a little further in to increase its reach. I don't know if the large diameter shafts will fit ( 2216 shafts do), but if not you can tape the holder securely crossways over the holder tabs to a piece of wood with sufficient depth to allow you to then drill them to a size that will hold your shaft. Use a variable speed drill and start slowly with very little pressure. Good luck! Answered on 9/29/2011 by Dutchman from Cape May,NJ A: The answer to both of your questions is yes. You may have to allow the very near edge of the adhesive backing to be off of your riser, but there is more than enough left to hold. When the Kwik-lok is brand new, I put a LIGHT swipe of vaseline, or similar, on the arrow at the point of contact with the arrow holder for a few shots. After that, it is generally no problem. Also, if your nocks have a loose connection with your string, the Kwik-lok will pull the arrow off the string instead of releasing, so pinch the arrow nock briefly as you begin to draw. Q: I just purchased this. Can anyone tell me what the two rubber "tubes" that came with it are for? Asked on 6/21/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The rubber tubes are to be used as wedges for smaller diameter shafts. Answered on 6/21/2011 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: Wil this product securely hold and Axis size shaft? Asked on 10/6/2010 by Avid Archer from Alvaton, GA Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: I tested one out on an Axis arrow I had from a few years ago. It held, not a overly tight fit, but it didn't fall out of the hold. You may want to shrink the diameter by using one of the supplied rubber rings, but as is, the Kwik-Lok Arrow Holder did work on holding my Axis arrow in place.
