Q: Will these String Leeches reduce the vibration (hand shock) on my 68" #35 longbow? How many should I use? What else could help? Asked on 3/23/2013 by Flecha Gorda from Sherman Oaks, CA Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Yes these will help I really like to use some type of yarn ball I have had much more luck with them. Answered on 3/25/2013 by Clint from 3Rivers Archery
Q: On a 54" longbow, how many of these string leeches should be on the string? 2, or 4? Asked on 12/14/2011 by John from Fayetteville, NC Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: That will depend on how quiet your bow is right now. You may be able to get away with two instead of four. Answered on 12/15/2011 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: do you reall have to serve them in? i have a longbow that i just cant stop the noise. will this help? Asked on 10/23/2011 by pa. jim from donora pa. Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: If you have a Flemish style string you shouldn't have to serve them in, now with an Endless Loop string I would serve them in. These do work very well of dampening string and bow noise. Answered on 10/27/2011 by Shawn from 3Rivers Archery
Q: How do you mount the String Leech to your bow string? Asked on 8/11/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The easiest way to install these is to split your string evenly 10" from the loop and then insert the center of the silencer in the center of the string. Now string the bow and serve the top and bottom with serving material or dental floss to keep it from moving up and down. Answered on 8/12/2011 by Art from 3Rivers Archery
Q: IN YOUR OPINION WILL THESE WORK WELL ON A VERY FAST CROSS BOW OR WOULD YOU PICK ANOTHER STYLE??? THANKS LARRY Asked on 9/29/2010 by LARRY Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: No one on our staff shoots (or has experience) a crossbow so I am not sure if the Super String Leech will work for your needs or what else I could recommend. Answered on 9/30/2010 by Johnathan Karch from 3Rivers Archery A: For really high speed bows like crossbows, I use two pair per string. Answered on 12/18/2010 by Stickman from Hawaii
