  • Q:

I am confused on 1/2 inch from center to 90 degrees I find when looking up where to install nocks. On this product does that mean from the line indicator that lines up with the bottom of the shelf, from the line indicator that looks to line up from where the top of the arrow would be, or in the center of those two lines?

      A:

That 1/2" is from above the shelf. Your draw style will also have an impact
on where you set your nocking point, typically lower for three fingers
under. Remember not to crimp your nock set on to tight to allow for tuning.
I have this bow square and my nocking point is 1/8" above the line that
would represent the top of the arrow. I hope this helps.

      A:

If you were to put this on your string and the arm of the square on the rest of the bow the bottom raised line on the scale is center. The very top of the scale is 1/2" above center. The second raised line on the scale is 1/4" above center.

      A:

You measure the fistmele or the brace height form the deepest part of the grip to the string.

To the deepest area of the grip. (that's what I learned)
