    to duplicate the string what material should I use. Is B50 ok? How many strands for a 49# Horse bow (Kassai) #4 nylon serving or BCY 3D?

      These strings us Dacron string material (B-50). The strand count of our replacement strings is 14 stands, and that would be a good amount for your 49# bow. I would use the nylon #4 serving material myself, but you can experiment with other brands as you like.

      Fast flight string.
      I have seen a couple of my bows which have been using fast flight for a few years and they showed only a little extra wear . The tips are reinforced but with wood pegs with the grain set at 90degrees.
      My gut feeling is I do not trust the wood peg to be proof against the extra wear the fast flight string applies. Even though evidence shows they stand up to it very well.

      No, this string will not work because the Lynx II Horse bow calls for a 48" string and neither the Vazul or the Magyar is 48"
