The Diablo riser will accomodate a fur rest, just like any other traditional bow. I imagine it would take some patience to apply the sticky-backed varieties available, due to the grooves along the base plate. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try one out, since they're fairly inexpensive.
However, I find that the elevated rest (that comes with the bow) is very easy to learn how to use and decreases vibration, arrow fish-tailing and/or dolphining during flight. Fiddle with it to find its "sweet spot" while you await that fur rest you're thinking about ordering....
