Q: will they work on a bear grizzly recurve? Asked on 3/23/2013 by storm from kingsport tn. Know the answer? Answer this question 3 answers A: 3 rivers sells several mounting options, I have used this on a Buffalo recurve with cable clamps. I used this more as a training aid, it will really tell you is your form is inconsistent. Answered on 3/27/2013 by NTXbowhunter from Texas A: Yes they will work on this bow with the stick on bracket. Answered on 3/25/2013 by Clint from 3Rivers Archery A: Before these will work, you need to drill into the riser and install a bushing for a sight bracket. These sights will attach to the bracket. If you are not comfortable drilling holes in your bow, you'll need to have an archery shop do it for you. Be aware that this could increase the noise level when you shoot, and could void your factory warenty. Answered on 3/23/2013 by Anonymous
Q: Would i need a bracket to mount this sight on a Samick Sage? Thank you Asked on 2/1/2013 by Mike from Boston, MA Know the answer? Answer this question 5 answers A: You will need a mounting bracket, the type will depend on the bow and where the bushings are mounted. Answered on 2/5/2013 by NTXbowhunter from Texas A: Yes you'll need a bracket - I recommend the Universal SRF Mounting Bracket - that worked the best for my Hoyt Dorado - you should have no problems mounting it as long as your riser on the Samick Sage is tapped for screws. Hope that helps! Answered on 2/1/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes, you will need the universal SRF mounting bracket. Answered on 2/1/2013 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery A: YES. Unfortunately haha. Answered on 2/1/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes, the only hole on the arrow rest side of the riser is for a plunger. There is a pair of mounting holes on the non-rest side of the riser for a sight and/or quiver. SRF also sell some stick-on tab mounts, but it looks like you'd have to get the needed position of the sight pretty well dialed in *before* sticking it to the riser, as there isn't any adjustability once its on there. Q: Does a 21" Dalaa riser require a bracket to mount an SRF sight? A tightspot quiver? Asked on 4/13/2012 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: To mount the SRF sight to the 21'' Dalaa Riser you will need the Universal mounting bracket that accepts Amo bushings. If you are going to mount just the Tightspot quiver you will not need to use a bracket it will mount directly to the bow. Answered on 4/14/2012 by Art from 3Rivers Archery
Q: (using a Das Dalaa) I shoot using the side of my face as an anchor, will this sight still work? if so, any tips? Im having trouble. Asked on 3/28/2012 by Mike from Honolulu Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: It might help you. The are set up to narrow the sight window for getting on the target faster. Answered on 3/29/2012 by Clint from 3Rivers Archery
Q: I am going to buy a Dalaa bow and shoot it off the shelve. That means I will cant it. Can I use this sight system on a canted bow? Asked on 10/18/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: I would not recommend using sights on a canted bow. You will be able to shoot the Dalaa straight up and down even if you are shooting off of the shelf. If you get a deeper hook on your bow hand, it will help to rotate the string and keep the arrow on the shelf. Answered on 10/18/2011 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: How do I determine the spot on the bow to mount the sight? I have the adhesive tab. My thought is that I tape a pin on the bow and determine the spot where the pin would be the middle of the sight. That would be the focus point of the sight for the distance I am shooting. Any thoughts. Thanks Asked on 10/7/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: That sounds like it would work out perfectly. I would only recommend taping on the SRF sight instead of the pin. You may find when you look through it that your eyes are more drawn to the top or bottom than the middle. Answered on 10/10/2011 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: Will this sight work on a Mathews Single cam compound bow. What kind of mounting bracket is available Asked on 7/17/2011 by Bob from Fairhope, Al Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: This will work on a compound. You will want to use the universal AMO bracket to mount it to your bow. Answered on 7/19/2011 by Art from 3Rivers Archery
Q: I already have an SRF sight A that I purchased years ago from you. I haven't had occasion to use it, but I just ordered the stick on mount to put on my Predator Recurve. Any suggestions on mounting? I shoot with a considerable cant. I would say about 30 degrees clockwise from verticle. Asked on 5/23/2011 by nutmeghunter from NW Connecticut Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: With any sights the bow should be completely vertical. I do not know how well they would work with a cant. I would suggest the SRF mounting Tab to put them on there. Answered on 5/23/2011 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: When using the SRF sight, are you supposed to keep both eyes open and focus on the spot you want to hit? Asked on 3/21/2011 by Phily Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Yes that's what you do with it. Answered on 3/22/2011 by Clint from 3Rivers Archery
Q: Hello, I recently purchased a Bear Supermag 48 from your company. I wanted to know if these sights would work with my bow. I don't want to do any drilling on my bow. Tx, Andrew Asked on 8/27/2010 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: You would have to use a bracket to use the SRF Hunting sights. BUT, our Universal Mounting tab does not require you to drill into the bow riser to use. It is a peel and stick bracket that I believe would be the best for your needs.
