Greetings, fellow Diablo archer!
First of all, I must confess that I do not know what "string leaches" or "brush buttons" are.
What I can tell you is that I significantly reduced the vibration and noise from my own Diablo by making two modifications to its stock statistics/attributes. First, I purchased a Flemish string to replace the stock string that came with my bow. Second, I use string silencers... which might be equivalent to your "string leaches". These are yarn puffs that I wove into my high-performance 8-strand Flemish (well-waxed) string). These two alterations significantly reduced vibration and noise for my bow.
Finally, I must also tell you that I do not actively hunt game. Therefore, I cannot know what amount of noise emitted from my bow would negatively impact my stealth when in the field.
At least, I can suggest that you purchase a different string--a Flemish string!
May this lowly recommendation be of some help to you!
And, I too LOVE the Diablo! Its design makes it worthy of exhausting all possibilities in order to make it accommodate our archer's needs.
