    what specific power tools and hand tools will be needed to complete this bow. Im 15 so would this a good way to start off with bow making? thanks

      A:

      Its faster with a table saw and a bandsaw. However, it really doesn't matter what the wood is removed with as long as it is removed in the right places. The DVD shows the table saw method and a little bandsaw work to quicken things up a bit. If someone doesn't have power tools it doesn't matter, it only takes a little longer to build the bow.

      As for age, the DVD is great for any beginner as it is easy to follow and makes a great simple first bow. Being under 18, I have to recommend having adult supervision though.

      There are a variety of tools that you will need or can use. I recommend watching the DVD to find what you will need to make the style bow that you are working on.
