ok knowing that this is a smaller shafe size than the 23/64 and and will have less overall weight. useing a 125 grain braodhead on this is not going to hurt the FOC any correct? or is it to heavey for this shaft maybe 100gr. bh

A:
It will all depend on the tuning of the arrow. As long as the arrow is tuned to the weight of the head that you would like to use you will not have a problem using any weight.
