  • Q:

Good day, I recently bought one of these scales and the instructions refer to a calibration weight, where do I get one of these as it did not come with one and your don't list one on your website?

      A:

The calibration weight is anything that has a known weight. Its not necessary to calibrate the scale unless you notice you are getting false readings. We don't sell a calibration weight.

      A:

The fourth bullet under "Full Product Info" says "Dimensions: 128 X 77 X 19 mm". As near as I can measure with a yardstick that is correct. If you need to convert to the English system that would be 5" x 3"x 3/4" (Divide by 25.4)

  • Q:

what does it mean when it says weighs in 1.5 grain increments? does it not weigh in less than 1.5 grains or does it round weights up or down?
Asked on 5/29/2011 by Anonymous from archbold ohio

      A:

It should be 1.5 grains minimum. The scale can not read a measurement below 1.5 grains. Anything weighing between 1.5 grains and 8488 grains will be measured accurately to .1 grains.
