Q: Is it ready to shoot or do I have to buy broadhead adapters? Asked on 11/16/2012 by Archerydude190 from Riverside,CA Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: These broadheads are made to be used with modern carbon or aluminium arrows. Answered on 11/19/2012 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: Do I need to worry about the orientation of a 2-blade broadhead in relation to the bow when drawn? In other words, is it important that the broadhead be horizontal or vertical when drawn. If so, which way is best, horizontal, vertical, or some other way? Also, when I glue the insert in a Traditions carbon shaft, should I first screw the broadhead to the insert (so that it is seated completely in the insert) and then glue the insert into the shaft in some particular orientation so that ultimately the broadhead is horizontal, vertical, or some other way? Or does it make a hill of beans? Asked on 8/30/2012 by Hammerhead from Douglasville, GA Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: As long as the broadhead spins on the arrow true you do not need to set it in a certain position with the feathers unless you have a preference of how you like to mount it. Answered on 9/6/2012 by Art from 3Rivers Archery
Q: how many piece per pack / $13.99 Asked on 8/23/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: These are sold by the 3 pack. Answered on 8/25/2011 by Shawn from 3Rivers Archery A: 3 per pack. They can be used over and over again. No kidding. The Zwickey company probably doesn't like this. Sorry. The steel is so high quality that it takes quite a bit to destroy one of these broadheads. Answered on 10/26/2011 by NickGee from Montgomery, IL
Q: I understand that the threads are an industry standard but is it at all detrimental if I were to use these points with my Easton Gamegetter arrows that you rocommend 5/16th points for? Asked on 6/15/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: No, you will be fine to use these with your Gamegetters. Having the correct size field point makes it easier when shooting target. It prevents hang up coming back out. For broadheads you are not worried about pulling it back out. Having a broadhead that has a larger diameter than you shaft will not decrease penetration. Answered on 6/16/2011 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
Q: Does the thread come in a 9/32" size for use on a Beman ICS Bow hunter 400 Shaft? Asked on 12/4/2010 by jfrjr from Derry NH Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: All Zwickey broadheads are 11/32" diameter except the Black Diamond that is 5/16". The thread is an industry standard on all inserts and adapters so they will fit your arrows, but they will be larger than the shaft. The Beman ICS Bowhunter is a 5/16" outside diameter though.
