What glue do you suggest to use for this nock. I am putting them on Easton Legacy 1919

I use " Loctite super glue, gel control", and have never had any issues. Just a thin coat, twist the nock in place, and wipe off the excess. I also use the same on the tip and tail when fletching new shafts. Quick dry time.

I have used the Platinum Tote glue and Gorilla glue (with the blue cap) with good results.

I use Steel Force "Beyond Bond" on my Easton Legacy 1916 shafts.
It is difficult to gem off, but they don't fall off, ever.

I just use Bohning Fletch Tite - works absolutely fine, rock solid and it's always nice to have something that has multiple applications.

These fit fine on 5/16 shafts.

      A:

They will be fine for either but if you want none of the taper exposed on a
23/64 choose a different nock with that specific size.
11/32" nocks will fit on 23/64" shafting with a bit of the arrow taper
showing. This is perfectly fine and has enough of the taper seated for
proper alignment on the shaft and durability.

These will not be the best fit on a 11/32 or 5/16 arrow. These are 9/32 so they will be to small. I would recommend either the Classic index nocks or the snap on nocks for 11/32 and 5/16 sized arrows.

  • Q:

I have about a dozen Easton legacy 2018's that have like a cone on the nock end that all need nocks. What would be the appropriate nock and what glue should I use and can any moron stick these things on there or do you need a special tool?

For your 2018's you will want to go with either the Snap, Classic or Nirk nocks in 5/16ths. The 9/32nd Z nocks will be to small for a 2018 shaft.

    • A:

The Arizona Z-Nock uses a snap-on design for a positive string fit, resulting in a smooth release from the bowstring. The main difference between the Z-Nock and the Plastinock is the Z-Nock's larger finger pinch area, allowing you to nock your arrows quickly and easily. The angled throat design keeps the nock on the bowstring at any string angle, and the thin base blends perfectly to the arrow shaft. Fits all 9/32" diameter shafting. Also a great fit for 1916 aluminum shafts.

Do these nocks just slip over the shaft or do they require an insert? If so, which one? I'd be buying these for 1916 legacy's. Thanks.

Is it available in 1/4 " in diameter? there is no indication of size options in the order form. If so, please add an order of 100 to the other nock order I just submitted.

      A:

These only come in the size of 9/32". Only our Classic nocks (item #135X) are available in 1/4". This system is not connected to our order fulfillment system so I can not add to your order. You would need to call our tech line at 866-587-9501 in order to make any order changes, but depending upon when you placed the order, it could already have been processed and/or shipped.
