I see that the feathers come in quantities of 12. Does that mean 12 total which means I could fletch 4 arrows with 3 feathers each?

yes, thats exactly what that means, a dozen feathers will fletch 4 arrows if you are putting the standard 3 feathers on.

Yes, there are 12 individual feathers in each package. If you wanted to make a dozen arrows you would need to purchase 3 dozen feathers.

Most right handed shooters will use left wing feathers. But, it does not matter either way. I have personally shot both and have not noticed a difference between the two.
