    Is this only for kids or will it work for teens and kids too?

      This would fit younger teens. If the arrows are longer they will fall out of the quiver easier because it is only 16" deep.

    Do you have to push up the quiver up to reach your arrows? Will this work for a person who is a little over 5 feet tall?

      With proper adjustment you do not need to push the quiver up. One thing that helps this is the Traditional Side Strap item number 6110. This quiver should work for this person. Keep in mind this is a Bulid-it-yourself kit and not a finished quiver.

      You can if you want to, but you don't have to. It also depends on how long your arrows are. I'm about the same height as you and it works great for me.
