  • Q:

Hello, I have the Traditional Range Rover delux hip quiver. What position around your body are you supposed to wear it. If I wear it in the one to three oclock position the arrows are in the way of my arm. Is it supposed to be by back pocket? If so It would be hard to reload arrows. Just wondering how it is intended to be used.

For a right-handed shooter the quivers should be placed at the 3 o'clock position

It should be worn so it is angled towards your back. Make sure it's also far enough around your hip so the arrows are not interfering with your shot.

I wear it exactly on my right hip so that the arrows point back and out of
the way of my right arm. I've never had a problem with it there. They do
sell a right and left handed option so make sure you ordered the right one!

  • Q:

Will I be able to use the 145 gr. "The Hammer" small game blunt with this quiver or are the arrow slots too small for them to slip through?

      A:

It's tough to say. I've never used those blunts before, but I think they
would be hard to insert into the quiver and might be difficult to get out.
Also, I found the zipper hold to be very noisy as it jingles against the
rest of the zipper and replaced it with 5-50 cord. Off the shelf, it's not
designed for any type of hunting if that's what you're thinking of using it
for. I wouldn't recommend using them for this quiver as it's designed more
for field tips and tournaments and they could rip the fabric.

The 145 grain will fit into the slots. With the Hammers having sharp edges it is a little difficult to get them in due to they do snag a little on the Fabric of the quiver.

  • Q:

Can this quiver be used for arrows with Zwickie points or will the points be too big to fit into the slots?

      A:

Too big for broadheads. Pretty much a field point set up. But for what it
is, its the most comfortable one yet. Great arrow placement. Out of the
      way and easy to reach.

No, this quiver will not work with any broadheads. It is only made to accept field points.

You will not be able to use any broadheads for this quiver. Only field
points will fit. I just use it for competitions. You'll need a broadhead
quiver for hunting. Hope that helps.

No you won't be able to. Back quivers or bow quivers are your best bet for using Zwickie Judos. Also I had problems with the quiver not being strong enough for wood arrows, hope your shooting aluminum or carbon, Jeff

I purchased the right hand version (hangs on your right side), so I can
retrieve my arrows with my right hand.

It's hard to tell from the picture exactly how deep the arrow goes. If I had a 22" arrow, how much of the shaft would be sticking out?

The pocket on these quivers is 10" deep. You would have 12" of arrow sticking out.
