Can I buy new foam to fit old style stitched sided quiver. I hunt with a great northern long Bow. Just switched to carbon arrows And using the G5 triple sided carbon broad head. My foam is wore out from the other ones.

You would be able to attach this to most take down recurves. You will wan to get it on the limbs and as closer to the riser as possible.

      A:

No, I do not recommend this quiver for the Buffalo. You will need to either use the Buffalo quiver or a quiver that is designed for an ILF bow.

  • Q:

Does the hood rattle when u shoot?
Asked on 3/12/2012 by pudgester from Meadville, PA

    1 answer

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

This hood will rattle a little due to it being clamped to the fourth arrow. With some adjusting to the arrows to keep them touching the inside walls of the hood you may be able to prevent it.

You could mount an extra piece of foam in the hood to help with protecting the heads and dampening vibration,.

      A:

I would say yes, but I'd be more concerned about the noise the hood would make from knocking into objects or from rain and sleet bouncing off of it. I left mine in the box and use the quiver without it. I know the assembly instructions said not to, but I can't for the life of me see why.

I would recommend removing the camo sock so you get a secure hold on the bow with the Clamp-on Kwikee Kwiver.

I don't think so as this quiver is extremely versatile.
