It doesn't come with the extra strap you mention, but it was easy to make one with leather, buckles etc sourced from my local leather craft store. Fairly simple to make. The chest strap accessory is of good quality but mine was a little lighter in color than the quiver strap. A little brown leather dye and I was in business. The chest strap addition to this quiver made it just what I was looking for and I am very happy with the set up. Keep in mind you will have to play with adjusting it to your specific body and the way you want to wear it. Highly recommended! If the bow is in your left hand and you pull back with your right hand then it is a right handed bow. You would then need a right handed quiver to pull the arrow out with your right hand.
