Q: Does this quiver come with fur lining inside the top to reduce noise? Asked on 4/7/2013 by TBlade from Ashland, Mo Know the answer? Answer this question 14 answers A: Hi TBlade, The quiver comes with a strip of faux fleece lining on the inner top rim. The rest of the interior is bare leather. I personally find it sufficiently quiet when moving about. You might want to put something soft at the bottom on the inside to muffle the noise when you drop the arrows in if discreetion of concern. Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes it does reduce noise but does not inanimate all noise. Answered on 4/8/2013 by Dave from 3Rivers Archery A: Yes it does Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: The quiver did not come with a top. I do not believe they offer a top as an option but you might check. Good luck. Daniel J. Abdun-Nabi Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: It has about an inch of lining around the inside of the top. Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: It is only lined with shearling at the top. But I love it. The arrows dont move in the bottom, so the shearling at the top make it quiet in the field. Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes. It does have fit liner inside at the top. Sent from my iPhone Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes, this quiver has a Sherpa lining around the top inside. It does help keep the arrows a little quieter. I enjoy mine tremendously. I easily fit 18-20 arrows in the quiver, field tip. This also keeps quiet. If you move around vigorously, they stay in place, but do make some noise. It is a great quiver Brim Throw the Darkball Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes. It's synthetic fleece but it's nice enough. Cheers, Tim Tim Eagan Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes. It does. Sent from my iPhone Answered on 4/8/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes, it has a fur lining, although it appears to be similar to the adhesive backed fur felt you see used as weather stripping. Actually, it works quite well, and if it ever you need to replace it it¹s a simple trip to the hardware store to find an inexpensive replacement. Answered on 4/7/2013 by Anonymous A: No, however I carry carbon arrows and it doesn't seem to be a biggie. I haven't scared a target away . Shoot a bunny and eat it. Use the fur for a dampener. Pete Sent from my iPhone Answered on 4/7/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes. Fur liner at top. Sent from my iPhone Answered on 4/7/2013 by Anonymous A: Yes it does Answered on 4/7/2013 by Anonymous
Q: How does this quiver hold up in inclement weather? Asked on 8/19/2012 by Jrad from NJ Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: This quiver will work pretty well in all kinds of weather. Q: Do you offer customization of the quiver? Could I pay a little extra to have a name stamped into the leather? Also, you ask if it is for right or left hand. Are you refering to the dominant hand used to draw the arrow, notch, and draw the bow string? Thanks! Asked on 4/23/2012 by Adam from West Lafayette, IN Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: We do not do custom work on quiver or any other leather. And we are referring to the dominate hand to draw the arrows with. Q: will this quiver hold broadhead arrows? Asked on 3/6/2012 by bcade from Birmingham,Al. Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Yes, the Traditional Archer Back Quiver will hold broadheads, but it is highly recommended you also purchase broadhead sheaths so not to damage the bottom of the quiver: http://www.3riversarchery.com/product.asp?i=6098I would not use just the quiver alone with broadheads. Q: I am wondering how the thickness & weight of the leather used to make this quiver (Item 6099X) compares to that used to make the "Classic Back Quiver Hand Laced Leather" (Item 6100X). I would prefer a quiver made of fairly substantial leather--but there is a significant different price involved. Thx. Asked on 2/1/2012 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The Classic is made of 8-10oz leather while the TA quiver is made of a 5-6oz leather os the Classic is made of a heavier leather. Q: Will this quiver hold its shape (stay rigid) and not sag or bend like a suede quiver? Asked on 3/9/2011 by Tobin from Sallisaw, OK Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Yes, this quiver will hold its shape very well. Answered on 3/9/2011 by Justin from 3 Rivers Archery
Q: How many arrows will this hold? Asked on 3/5/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: It will hold around 12 arrows with field points. If you are using broadheads or judos, that number would be less. Answered on 3/17/2011 by Justin from 3 Rivers Archery A: I keep a dozen medieval, wood, heavy duty arrows in it, and there's room to spare. That's a comfortable number - could probably do 16, or so, no problem - depending on how much you'd want to crowd your fletching. Answered on 3/7/2011 by Modern Medievalist from Martinez, CA
Q: How is the bottom of this quiver constructed? Can it hold broadheads? Thanks. Asked on 8/18/2010 by Anonymous from Douglasville, GA Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The bottom of the Traditional Archer back quiver is leather construction. If you would like to use broadheads with the quiver I would recommend getting a layer to put in the bottom, such as foam or lamb's wool. Answered on 8/19/2010 by Johnathan Karch from 3Rivers Archery
