      You can use any size sinew for restiching a grip on a bow. Its personal preference which one you use and which you like the look of.

      I do not have a specific thickness of the different poundage sinews. They will be larger or smaller depending on the poundage though.

      The lower number is thinner. The 30# is about half the size as the 70#.
