These bows are a good representation of the old English longbow and our lightweight models are designed for reenactments or light duty shooting. Each is crafted from solid red oak backed with linen, a material that was common in those days. Bring back the spirit of Robin Hood, Legolas, and the famous battles of the dark times with a medieval war bow today. Bows include a Flemish bowstring and a cord-style bowstringer. Perfect for SCA events. Approx. 72" tip to tip. 30-35 pounds @ 28" maximum draw length.
