    If you are looking for your first long bow- this one is it. It is a blast. I'm 6' 175 lbs and still enjoy the 40" weight. You don't need the higher weights to enjoy archery as long as you have the correct arrows.

    My son and I enjoy shooting his new bow. It is such a nice shooting bow that I sneak in a few shots whenever he is not using it. The Shadow shoots a quick arrow and has very little hand shock and the fit and finish is very good. This is the bow that my son will use deer hunting this year, his first year, so he is very excited and anxious to get outside and practice with it.
