The popular Polaris youth recurve bow is crafted from Maple and Walnut hardwood and is ideally suited for any young shooter. The convenience of a no-tools-needed take-down system allows easy storage and transport. Designed to allow shooting off the shelf or from an elevated rest. (Included) Available in right and left hand.
All models comes with bushings installed to accept sights, stabilizers, and plungers. Bowstringer not included. A bowstringer is recommended for stringing these bows.

Use the following guide for selecting a bow:

48" bow, 20# @ 24" fits kids 7-10

54" bow, 24# @ 26" fits kids 10-12

62" bow, 36# @ 28" fits kids 16-18
Remember we want you to be happy with your new bow. When you try out your bow, if you decide you'd prefer a lighter or heavier model, you have a full 30 days to exchange for a different weight. Imported through Samick Sports. (Click arrow for assembly instructions)

My daugther was very happy when opened the box and saw her first bow. But I `m impressed with the quality crafts work the bow has in it. Very nice design, fast, accurate and accept any accsesories (Plung, rest,sight and stabilizer) like a Pro bow. Definetly was a very good choice. The bow could be shoot by the shell (Instintive shooting)or an elevated rest, that give to the bow a high versatility for use for 3D tournaments or FITA (olimpic style).

A gift for my son's 8th birthday. Both he and I couldn't be more excited. Smooth draw, sized perfectly for a big 8-yr. old. Shooting great off the shelf using a stick-on rug & plate rest. Confident it will last until he's ready for the next step up in draw weight. Then it will go to his little sister.

Excellent starter bow for my 5 year old. I purchased the 24lb/54" version and he had no problem drawing it. Within a few days he was hitting a standard 3' wide square target at a range of 10 feet. Within a week he was up to 20 feet. I even found it quite pleasurable to shoot. A nice change (easy draw) from my 65lb compound for target shooting at short ranges. Reasonably accurate out to 20 yds.Power is sufficient for taking rabbits if need be.Finish on the bow is what you would expect on a [$] bow. Paint could have used another 1-2 coats on the limbs. Some of the white is faintly "translucent".Overall a good buy, I just wish it were made in the USA.Made in China.

Im 17 years old and got this bow as my first trad. bow. I got the 40 pound draw weight so I can practice all day without getting too tired but its powerful enough to hunt with. I've had it for 6 months with no problems.

Bought the bow for my 11 year old son after he used a cheaper toy for 1-1/2 years in the backyard and showed continued interest in the sport. A quality bow and a perfect fit as the next (big) step forward in his practice efforts. I think it was one of the best investments I've made in a long time.

personly I use this bow for target shooting it is exceptionaly made, it's a takedown bow,can easily open a soda can but that makes a mess also you should try making homade arrows

I bought this for my daughters 13th birthday. She loves it and it has been perfect. I didn't use the arrow rest it came with, I just put fur on the shelf and she shoots off the shelf. It's been excellent so far and she's been shooting it almost daily.

I got this bow for my 14th birthday, but I want more power so I got the 40lb one. At first the bow was pertty tough to pull back for me but I started to use the bowfit, which I also recommend. After I could pull back the bow fine and easy. I use the bow ever day and it is very accurate and powerful. The quality and the woodworking is nice, this bow is simbly "awesome!!"

My biggest concern was if my 3 year old could use this bow effectively. The answer is yes and very well. It is a very good looking bow that shoots great. I have had no problems with it so far but would like to see an optional hard case to carry the bow in be offered. It is nice that it is a take down but I am concerned with transporting to shooting areas.
