These special Flemish bowstrings are designed specifically for use on our custom Tomahawk Bows™. Each one is hand twisted from 18 strands of TS-1 string material and tightly served with Brownell's .026 Crown serving material to our specifications. You also have the option of ordering a double served string, which offers a perfect fit for wood arrows (11/32 and 5/16 Classic Nocks). They're available in two color configurations. A black and red combo and a black, tan and green combo. Select the color of your choice from the drop-down box below. These strings fit any 58", 62", or 64" longbows. (The length of your Tomahawk Bow™ can be found on the belly of the bottom limb up near the grip.) All our other strings we sell are sold by the actual string length NOT by bow length.

This string comes with 2 serving sizes, based on what arrow nock size you use. The S nocks work well with the standard serving size. The H nock needs to have the double serving size. The string seems to strech a bit needing frequent brace height checks. Otherwise the string looks and functions well.

Have the double served strings because I use "Classic Nocks" for good fit. Use these on all my longbows that are FF or TS-1 capable.

This string is outstanding for the price. Nice looking, low diameter, fit the bow perfect with minimum twists to get the right brace height. My Bear Montana is even better after putting one of these on.

If this string was any better I couldn't stand it. Made my James D. Berry "Eagle" shoot like a dream again. If you don't have a Tomahawk string on your longbow, you are missing out.

I have this on a 55# Viper. It can't get eny beter. 595 gr.30" arrows fly 200 fps. Always THE BEST from 3R ARCHERY!!!

When I got the strings I knew I had some high quality strings just by the way they were made. After you shoot them a little and get all the stretch out they are very stable and should hold up for a long time.

I have used several different brands and types of strings over the past 30+ years. This is the best and the only one that I will buy from now own. There is no stretch, it is quiet, strong and accurate for my use. I probably have life left in the string when I change it but I generally change the string every year or so and that keeps me with a clean and strong string.

These T-hawk strings seem to be good quality. They stretch enough, but not too much. The bow is quiet with these strings on it.the only thing that could be improved on is the serving. It seems to wear easily from your shooting glove, or maybe it's just my release. Overall a good product.
