The Dawg Wear Deluxe side quiver with its easy top-loading feature and side-draw arrow removal utilizes soft quiet cloth over a semi-rigid core to bring you what might be the most complete over-the-shoulder quiver yet. Adjustable shoulder strap and two large accessory pockets for your incidentals compliment this impressive quiver package. Pockets measure 14" x 5" x 2" and 7" x 5" x 2". 33" tip to tip works best with 6-8 arrows but can hold up to a dozen. Please note: The Dawg Wear side quiver will work for both right and left-handed bowhunters but it is actually built for right-handed use. It hangs a little "off" for left handed archers. Customer Review: "I did indeed get that quiver from 3Rivers and it is my new favorite. Rod Jenkins got me fired up about shooting a naked longbow again - they balance so nice. This quiver design is as close to perfect as I've seen. It is tough, arrows come out and go back in easy and quiet and fletch is covered. Carries a bunch of arrows - I carried 5 broadheads, a hex blunt, a judo point and 4 one-ways for squirrels. Quiver hangs nice, goes through brush and works good with a daypack or frame pack. It had enough storage to carry everything I needed for a day in the swamp." Denny Sturgis Jr., MI

Comments about Dawg Ware Deluxe Side Quiver:

Great all around quiver and easy to slip an arrow out without a lot of arm movement. Small movement and the arrow can slide till the fletch catches the fingers. One weak spot is that it buckles when loaded with arrows and stuff in the pockets so I go light in the woods. The strap allows adjustments for when I have my lone wolf climber on my back. I am oging to modify mine also to keep it from bending in the middle near the mouth.

Comments about Dawg Ware Deluxe Side Quiver:

Great quiver for ground hunting and roving as one can carry many arrows of different styles. Very useful for small game hunting and ground blind use.

I find it very combersome for treestand use though and will persue a bow quiver for this purpose.

    Great Quiver...except...

    Cons:
No rain cover on open end, Not rigid enough

Comments about Dawg Ware Deluxe Side Quiver:

I love everything about this quiver except for two things. When I load up the pockets and carry it, it starts to buckle in the middle. I had to fix it by cutting a small slit in the fabric and inserting an old carbon shaft down the spine of the quiver and then sewing it in place in order to make it more rigid. It would also benefit from a rain cover on the end to keep fletch dry if you hunt from a stand and hang the quiver. It doesn't keep my feathers dry when used in that fashion. I would still recommend this product however.

This is a great quiver the best I have owned so far. Easy to carry, quiet in the woods, fast to get a arrow if needed, and last but not least, built very well. I've enjoyed the quiver the last several months.

Comments about Dawg Ware Deluxe Side Quiver:

The Dawg Ware was my first foray into side quivers. By the time I loaded the pockets up with my gear and the quiver with 8 arrows it was heavy and uncomfortable. It just didn't feel right to me so I went back to my bow quiver. I will say it is light weight, appears to be quality built, protects the fletching and has good pocket capacity. Just not my cup of tea.

If you like side quivers this is a good option in a non-leather design.

Comments about Dawg Ware Deluxe Side Quiver:

This is the best quiver I have ever owned for hunting. It is easy to use and holds plenty of arrows for hunting and it is really easy and fast to get an arrow out of the quiver and onto your bow string. I also like how it protects and conceals your fletching. Plus it has two good size pockets that provide enough room to carry everything you need for your next hunt. Overall if you hate bowquivers as I do and are looking for a great alternative this is the quiver for you.

Comments about Dawg Ware Deluxe Side Quiver:

This quiver is great for hunting if you prefer not to have a bow quiver. The only issue I have had with it was the 'bare bottom' it came with. The bottom of the inside of the quiver was just the round plywood frame. After a little thought I figured that it might be an advantage to have it this way so the individual could pick what bottom material to use to secure his/her broadheads. I fitted two pieces of thin foam rubber in the bottom and added a 2 inch piece of styrofoam (on top of the foam) fitted correctly to make a home for the traveling broadheads. Works like a charm, and very inexpensive to replace if chopped up too bad by the broadheads.

I don't see how you can carry lots of arrows with this quiver without risking messing up your feather fletching. I do not safari or hunt areas where you have to carry in lots of arrows with you and camp for days, so this is a non-issue for me. Hunting mornings and evenings within easy walking distance to the truck, there is plenty of room for 4 arrows with large two blade broadheads.

Comments about Dawg Ware Deluxe Side Quiver:

I've mainly used bow quivers but didn't like using them in treestands becuse I couldn't lay my bow on my lap. Also on some hunts transporting your bow with the arrows in the quiver could bend or mess up your feathers. This quiver gives the best of both worlds. It is very easy access to your arrows like a bow quiver, yet protects arrows [...]...BUT when I hunt in my treestand I can hang it on the seat and slide the arrows out of the top. I've slid arrows out of the top several times after shooting a deer with other deer still around. EXTREMELY HUNTER FRIENDLY.

Comments about Dawg Ware Deluxe Side Quiver:

I have had a serious problem for many years in finding a quiver for bowhunting that I was pleased with. I hate bow quivers and I always used a back quiver. I love back quivers very much but for bowhunting they are less than ideal. I have tried the backpack style quivers also but don’t like not being able to sit down while wearing one and it is a pain putting an arrow back. The Dawgware quiver so far seems to be my dream come true for the ultimate hunting quiver. It rides very well, it stays still and it goes through brush so much better than a back quiver. I can’t even tell I am wearing it. Being able to draw your arrows from the bottom of this quiver is a huge plus, no more will it be a guessing game on which type of arrow you want to shoot, simply look in the slot and all of your broadheads, judo's and blunts will be readily visible. I can carry enough for a full day in the backcountry in the two attached pockets. Lunch will easily fit in one while a spare bowstring; drag rope and other accessories go in the other. Far and away the thing that makes this quiver stand out from traditional back quivers is that it is silent. No more annoying feathers rustling with every step you take. If you are a bowhunter but don’t like bow quivers, this may be exactly what you need.
