For decades, the archery community has considered the Bitzenburger fletching jig the best that money can buy. Any bowhunter or target archer looking to make the best arrows possible should consider the Bitzenburger fletching jig. This jig works with vanes or feathers on carbon, aluminum, or wood arrows. Precision, form fitting, die cast construction throughout means this fletching jig will last for several lifetimes. You control the amount of feather offset with the adjustment knobs and the clamps offer a graduated scale for accurate spacing of feathers. The unit will fletch three feathers at 120 degrees, four at 90 degrees or four at 75 degrees x 105 degrees. They don't come any better than the Bitzenburger fletcher. Complete with clamp and indexer. I just switched over to this jig from the Jo Jan. It is very easy to set up and is more consistent than anything I have used. The magnet holds consistent pressure, insuring good adhesion. I also like how the clamp has an angle to the fletching, which decreases the likelihood that the glue will adhere to the clamp. I had this problem with the Jo Jan.

Bitzenburger worth the money.

the arrows that come off of the bitzenburger are more accurate in likeness than anything i've ever seen. even though I mess up every arrow I try to do on it, my friend makes arrows that literally are exactly the same on it one after another. If you want to know how your arrows will fly every time, this tool is for you.

My first attempt at fletching was a breeze with this product. Once I got the setting established and learned that you need to set the clamp on the magnet consistently (my own oversight), I was able to create a great flying arrow with the exact feathers I wanted. Some of you will read this and go, duh!, but as a newbie, I was thoroughly impressed and surprised how well they turned out.

This tool will last a lifetime! It is relatively easy to use. I got the left helical clamp with mine and can upgrade to get the right helical clamp and the straight clamp.

The product is without a doubt the best jig I have used, the magnets grip the claps very tightly ensuring perfect placement on the shaft. The jig comes fitted with a choice of three fletching options with an easy to use change over mechanism. All adjustments are firm... nothing slips out with this jig when you are half way through the job.
The clamps are easy to clean if there is glue on them and the knife edge on them give a clean line on the feather.

There can be only one! No other jig can match the accuracy of this baby. They are indestructible and will last a lifetime. I do recommend purchasing additional clamps so you can load while drying.

The best flecher I've ever used. Good solid construction and idiot proof. The only draw back is it only fletches one feather at a time, so it makes arrow building slow.

I STARTED USING THE B'BURGER IN 1966 TO FLETCH AND RE-FLETCH ARROWS FOR LESTER "JUGGER" GERVAIS. AFTER MOVING TO SO. CAL IN OCT, 66' AND GOING TO WORK FOR EASTON ALUMINUM MFG. IN VAN NUYES, I WAS ALLOWED TO USE THE BITZENBURGER SET-UP BELONGING TO MR. DOUG EASTON. HE HAD 3 DOZ., SET RIGHT, LEFT AND STRAIGHT; ALL INITIALLY SET UP BY HENRY? BITZENBURGER, HIMSELF. EACH DOZ WAS SET ON A CIRCULAR PIECE OF 3/4" PLYWOOD DESIGNED TO TURN 360 DEGREES SO THAT AS YOU FINISHED FLETCHING THE 12TH SHAFT, THE 1ST WAS READY TO BE TURNED AND FLETCHED AGAIN. THIS WAS CONTINUED UNTIL ALL 12 WERE FINISHED; PRECISION, QUICK, CLEAN, AND READY TO STEP OUTSIDE AND TEST ON MR. EASTON'S RANGE; 70 METERS IN HIS FRONT DRIVE. TO USE THE BITZENBURGER IS TO DRIVE A BEEMER AFTER USING A VW FOR 10 YEARS!!!!!!WOW. I CONTINUED TO USE THE BEE'S THROUGHOUT THE REST OF MY ARCHERY CAREER; WINNING NUMEROUS STATE AND REGIONAL AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIPS BEFORE RETIRING IN LATE 1971.
