Easton Broadhead Adapter Rings are perfect for Axis carbon arrows and Beman MFX carbon arrows. Easton designed them to provide a solid lockup and smooth transition between small diameter carbon arrows and your field points and broadheads. When shooting field points that are slightly larger in diameter than your shafts, you'll notice a small shoulder or "lip" where the shaft and point meet. This lip tears up your targets quickly causing you to invest in new targets more often. By adding the Easton "Broadhead Adapter Ring" to your setup the "arrow point to shaft" transition is smooth and your archery targets last longer. That saves you money! When used with broadheads you get a wider, more secure "base of broadhead to shaft" connection. (With some modular broadheads it's a must to hold the blades in!) Available in four sizes: #3, #4, #5, & #6. See sizing chart below. Weight: 2 grains 12 per pack
  • #3 Fits: Axis 500 (Also: ACC 3-18 & 3-28, AC Super Slim 400 & 500)

Comments about Easton Broadhead Adapter Rings:

I use these on all my axis shafts with an 11/32 field point it helps capture the carbon fibers at the end of the shaft so on really hard impacts keeps the end of the shaft from blowing up.I have shot with and without them and I can say they make a big dirrerince

Comments about Easton Broadhead Adapter Rings:

I was glad when I found these. They are a great idea but whoever designed these is an idiot. These would be great to protect the end of narrow shafts from splintering like the Bemans that have the HIT inserts that provide no protection for the shaft like the 5/16'' inserts do. These would also be good for making a flush fit between broadheads or 5/16'' field points that match the broadhead diameter. The outside diameter of these is over 11/32'' (5.5/16'') so all they are going to do is decrease the penetration of pretty much any broadhead. These should be made to close the gap between 9/32'' and 5/16''.

Comments about Easton Broadhead Adapter Rings:

i bought these because i had a little ledge between my arrow shaft and my broadheads, these are supposed to cure that problem right??? WRONG.the end that goes buts up against the broadhead is bigger than the base of my broadheads, so it creates a ledge again, they do however fit perfectly over the arrow shaft. i shoot easton axis FMJ 400's with G5 montec broadheads the company needs to specify dimensions on the product description so people know what the are getting.I am going to try some different broadheads and see what happens.

To close the gap between most screw in broadheads or broadhead adaptors used to mount glue on broadheads. You still have to add brass or plastic washers to cover the gap.

Comments about Easton Broadhead Adapter Rings:

Used during harvest of Bull Elk. On one occassion I did have a screw-in insert in the wensel woodsman broadhead break off inside an axis FMJ shaft while impacting a bone. The broadhead I purchased from you folks. Recommend brass or steel insert for Woodsman head. Ring adaptor remained on arrow.
