Ordered my bow and received great help from Art. Bow is more than I expected for the price..Although UPS couldn't find my house on the first attempted delivery, all else went great.
Got the bow and it not only looks beautiful but shoots fast and powerful.Art set it up and had to make no changes. I can tell I am going to enjoy this bow alot.
Very light and the 3555 Gold Tip Tradtional arrows fly like darts.

Comments about Mamba Recurve Bow Martin Archery:
After 10 year of shooting compounds, I returned to my roots and got a 60 lb Mamba. It took a few days to get used to the draw weight, but it was well worth it. This bow shoots like a dream! Smooth, powerful, accurate, and absolutely beautiful. I've shot more than a few custom bows over the years, and the Mamba holds its own with the best I've shot.

Comments about Mamba Recurve Bow Martin Archery:
I don't have a ton of experience with traditional gear- this is only my second recurve, but it is a very slick shooting, good looking, hard hitting and consistent bow. I dragged mine through rain, snow and mud, and it shot the same in 20 degree celsius as it did in 30 below celslius.

Comments about Mamba Recurve Bow Martin Archery:
I have been a Bear fan in the past and own several Bear vintage bows. But after reading reviews on the Mamba, I had to give it a try. I have to say this is a super nice bow, probably the best I have shot. The craftsmanship in my opinion, is better than Bear and the looks and performance are second to none. As far as production bows go, it doesn't get better than this. Buy one today. You will not be disappointed. The only draw back is that it is so darn pretty, I'm not sure if I should keep shooting it, or hang it on the wall to pretty up the room........

Comments about Mamba Recurve Bow Martin Archery:
I use this bow every week for archery league and practice with it three times a week. I've had it about a month now and absolutely love it. I've probably already shot 3000 arrows through it. It's very durable and a great product definitely built to last. The 2009 new look is unbelievably so pretty. Ive gotten lots of comments on how nice of bow it is. It shoots smooth and quite right out of the box!

Comments about Mamba Recurve Bow Martin Archery:
My Mamba has held up in all kinds of weather conditions and has never let me down once. I have got complete pass throughs on 80% of the deer I have shot. The 65# takes getting used to but it is worth it. I highly recommend this bow for people who hunt from treestands...easy to use in tight spots. One last thing - it is fast and powerful.

The Mamba is awesome. As a tradionalist and instinct archer, the Mamba delivers. Straight and consistent. Easy to handle in a tree. 3Rivers staff especially helpful in the selection and outfitting. Great Job!

Comments about Mamba Recurve Bow Martin Archery:
I love this bow! Shoots straight and hits hard! My friend bought this bow in 1992 when I told him that I was going to get it. Made me so mad that I didn't buy one. Just traded him for it a few months ago and have been kicking myself in the butt for not getting one 17 years ago.

Comments about Mamba Recurve Bow Martin Archery:
So easy to use, really built my confidence as my first bow. Compound archers are amazed at how acurately you can shoot it without a sight. Power is suprising good and would be more than adequate for hunting. Durable, got a little wet in Katrina flooding, no problems at all, just bought a new string. Good value.

Comments about Mamba Recurve Bow Martin Archery:
The Martin Mamba is among the best bows including much more expensive customs. This bow is very fast and looks good too. The 58" length is just right to suit any hunting environment. Some would be concerned about finger pinch with a 58" bow, but I can tell you I have no problem with this even at my 30" draw. This is by far my favorite bow. If you're considering the Mamba, belive me, you won't be dissapointed.
