I like a short bow, therefore I enjoy this bows 52" length. So much more enjoyable to carry around the woods than a heavy compound bow!!! I love this bow and I love my Bear longbow!

I've been using my Kodiak Magnum since 2004, and greatly appreciate its smooth draw, and small size. Initial set up took some time, as the bow wouldn't tune off the shelf as I like to shoot it. But I bought a T-300 stick on rest, and tuning became a snap. I mounted the rest as close to the shelf as practical and find it works exceptionally well. The bow is fast and quite accurate as is currently set up.

I have been bowhunting for over 35 years. My first bow was a bear recurve my last bow will be a bear recurve. Since buying a MAG my 50 is all I hunt with it is a pleasure to shoot strong and true. I love it. It will be my son, Ryder's one day!

Bought this bow when I was 14, used it for 20+ years and now my son uses it for hunting. It shoots as good as when I bought it 35+ years ago. Have taken many animals with it. What else can you ask for?

This is a great bow. I use it for hunting, target, and 3D. My other bows are a 60" recurve and a 64" recurved long bow. I got this bow for it's compact size to hunt with. Now, it is my favorite bow. Have it at 55# RH. Excellent smooth draw at 29 in. Shoot 30" 2216 arrows. I am 6'1" and I don't find any stack. Very accurate and smooth with plenty of power for deer. Great size for seated shots in natural ground blinds.
