I'd never shoot such a bow !! Only had to strung my Tomahawk SS and it was ready to shoot.... i couldn't believe it, but all my arrows were in the middle of my 3D fox at the first shot at 30 yards !!
Just take care during the shipping to France, i recommand to order a hard case to protect the bow, not to have damage.

This bow shoots with authority. It's fast, accurate, and becomes more deadly in my hand everyday. I'm sure there are bows out there that are built as well as the Tomahawk but I don't see how the quality could be better. I'm very happy with my T-hawk. The craftsmanship is great and the pictures in the catalog don't do it justice.

Ordered the bow 55 pounds at 28 inches and was a little hesitant about the weight being a little more than I wanted, but when I pulled the bow back to drawlength it felt as if I were pulling a lighter poundage bow.Bow was extremely beautiful and was a true work of art.Craftmanship more than exceded my expectations.Bow shot very accurate,had no trace of handshock,and was fast.This is the hunting bow that I have been searching for.Very satisfied and service was awesome.

Even if i had to wait for my bow to be made, it is worth it.
I have shot several bow's, but none of them as good as my Diamond SS.
If you don't hit what you aim at, then don't blame the bow.

I love shooting barebow and own several quality traditional bows that I use on a regular basis. My Diamond SS is certainly the best of MY best. The balance, lack of stacking, minimal hand shock and powerful cast have me fully impressed. The beauty and craftsmanship cannot be expressed in a photo. It is something to feel as well as see. Since I have been shooting my T-Hawk, I have been forgetting that I own other bows!

Very smooth draw, with plenty of power. Just getting into traditional archery, and can't imagine a better bow. Simply outstanding design, construction, quality, and accuracy!

I have had my Tomahawk about 3 months now. It is a lefthanded 55# @ 28. It is indeed sweet to draw. It does shoot where you look. I am hitting a quarter size spot at 25 yds with regularity. I have a great Martin Recuve which I have almost stopped shooting. I don't shoot my Howard Hill as much now. My bow is shooting a 500 grain arrow at 190-200 fps. It doesn't get better than this.

I recieved it yesterday. 64" long with 70# @ 28". The first arrow went THROUGH the target, far into the tree behind it and splintered. I was speechless. Never before have I felt similar power and speed, combined with minimal hand shock. I am very, very pleased.

I also have a Synergy Compound from Elite Archery and a Dalaa Recurve, but my T-hawk is my absolute favourite and I just can't wait to pass the Danish hunting license test with it.

I have two Tomahawk SS bows. Over the past 4 years I've come to love the Tomahawk bow for it's durability and functionality. One thing I've noticed after much tuning and tinkering is that the proper brace height had to be found for each individual bow. The lighter bow of the two shoots best with a brace height at 7-1/2" while the heavier bow shoots best at 8". The recommended brace is around 7-1/4 but don't be afraid to experiment with brace height for best results. Finally, because they are built one at a time, the grips are slightly different for both bows. I prefer a straighter (less dished) grip and I was lucky that my preferred bow, of the two, has this style grip. I had to wrap grip tape on the other to build it up some then I roll the SureGrip sleeve over the grip tape and all is well. There are still some bows out there I think I'd like to try, but I know it will be hard to top a Tomahawk.

I've been shooting archery since the early 70s. I shot recurves and compounds, but never tried a longbow. Mid summer I tried a Martin Savannah, liked it, decided to try a Tomahawk Diamond SS. This is one fine bow. Smooth, no hand shock, quiet, accurate, fast and hard hitting with elegant lines. It is now my favorite bow. It is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. It pulls 52 lbs. at 28". Will be used for hunting South Carolina whitetails, gobblers and other targets of interest. Thanks Tomahawk Bows for producing such a fine product.

Looking to return to archery, it was difficult for me to make a decision. I grew up with a recurve, and left the sport for many years. I was always interested in owning a longbow, and searched many sites and custom bowyers products. I made my decision to go with the Tomahawk Diamond SS Longbow, and have enjoyed every opportunity to shoot with it. Very smooth very powerful, and easier to draw than I expected. A pair of musk ox string silencers, and I'm all set. This is the only time it may be appropriate to be silent but deadly! I've been shooting traditional equipment for many years. I own 5 longbows, one that I had custom made. This bow is all that I was looking for. I have a bow that is fast but not very forgiving. One that is forgiving but not very fast, and everything in-between. Being an avid bowhunter and competition shooter I wanted a bow that was all of these. This bow proved to be just that. First weekend of bow season I put an arrow clean through a doe, even though I led into the shoulder a little to compensate for her angle. This bow is powerfull but still very consistant.

This bow is the single finest piece of hunting equipment I own. I have never been able to shoot a traditional bow as accuratly as I can this bow. As for speed and power, this bow blows through targets with carbon arrows that stopped a compound with aluminum arrows. Absolutly no handshock. Beautiful to look at as well. The people at 3Rivers are great to work with too.
