It looks nice but the leather strap broke on the first use. Better quality leather would have made it a great product.

This keeps the bowstring from sliding down the upper limb of a longbow when unstrung. I like the simplicity; no buttons or anything to break, scratch, or get caught on something. It would be nicer if made with a higher quality leather and finish. It works great, especially when pulling the bow out of a sock. With this and a tip protector, your string will never flop around or come loose when unstrung.
