Nice nock. Used these on custom Port Orford cedar shafts (11/32). They aligned very well and easily and they grip the string nicely. ( 14 strand B-50 with .018 diam. serving). Nice color as well, I ordered the ruby reds and they look great with red barred cok feather.

Comments about Snap-On Nocks:

I purchased these nocks for my son's arrow shafts because I believe they are a great nock for the youth. The nocks snap on to the string's serving so there is not any sliding up and down which might mess up a youth shooters release, or arrow flight. Once snapped on to the string the nock remains in that place until the string is released.

Very good design and materials. I like them and the soft snap-action they have on my string better than the push-in nocks I have been using on my carbon arrows.

Bohning Snap-on Nocks
By DaveVerified Purchaser from Eastern Washington on 11/7/2007
Pros:
Accurate, Durable, Lightweight, Well Crafted
Cons:
Flourescent rose not avai
Best Uses:
Hunting, Target Practice
Describe Yourself:
Recreational Archer
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Snap-On Nocks:

The Bohning nocks are properly designed internally. The bottom of the tapered hole has a rounded shoulder eliminating a stress zone. I have never had a Bohning Snap-on Nock fail. I regret that Bohning no longer makes this nock in flourescent rose color.

Great for beginners or seasoned vets
By "Godwin the Archer"Verified Reviewer from Boise, Idaho on 10/6/2007
Pros:
Durable, Well Crafted
Best Uses:
Target Practice
Describe Yourself:
Expert Archer
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Snap-On Nocks:

I use these nocks on the arrows that I build for most of my beginners. They keep the arrow on the string, so that's one less thing to worry about first starting. Also, these seem to have a longer life than some other plastic nocks, which seem to degrade rapidly, and wind up breaking.
