This is a great glove. I used a damascus glove for as long as I can remember, but as I get older, I've noticed that my fingers are tingling after a couple of hours shooting. I bought several different gloves which all seemed to lack something...either not enough protection or not enough string feel. I read a lot of positive reviews of this glove (and the Elk Big Shot)and decided to give it a try. This seems to be the best out there. I guess I'll have to buy another for a backup!

I perchased this gove to replace a Duraglove which was wearing along the inner aspect of the index finger and was becoming more uncomfortable to shoot as a consequence.
The Big Shot glove provided the improved protection I was after as well as a much smoother release. It is exceptionally well made and comfortable. There definitely is less feel associated with this glove which I thought would be a problem but I adpated to this within a few weeks. The Big Shot is now my #1 shooting glove.

I am new to traditional archery having shot compound/mechanical release for 10 plus years, and I have searched for a release method that works for me. The big shot glove is it. This is just good quality craftsmanship. One thing to watch out for, as you order your glove, make sure you order your size correctly, I normally shoot a large size, but chose to get medium and then work the glove with leather conditioner, and water. This worked perfectly as everything stretched and molded around my hand. The glove fits like.....well a glove

Price is high, but seems to be a quality glove. First one I ordered had a defect. The neoprene knuckle protector wasn't sewn in and when I put it on it seperated. But the great customer service at 3Rivers replaced it SUPER fast. I was shooting within 3 days. Thanks 3Rivers. Your CS is outstanding!

I ordered a med...and fingers stretched out perfectly after wetting. BUT ...finger tip to wrist length is VERY short. Restrictive. Also...Nylon padding on finger pads is weird...good protection....but weird. Last....why is there neopreme on the back of hand?...Can't stretch...and gets hot....bad idea.

But well constructed and good quality. Jury's still out.

For my hand, this glove is poorly designed/constructed. The finger stalls are too short and the facing barely comes past the bow string when I grip it.
The glove is exceptionally stiff despite oiling it exactly as recommended. The facing is so thick it eliminates any real sense of feel by my fingers. Combine this with the too short-of-length facing and it results in an erratic string release and arrows all over the target.
I have forced myself to practice with this glove for 4 extended shooting sessions in the hope of things improving but to no avail. No relief appears in sight. It is not worth any further grief/frustration.
I was very careful to order the proper size of glove, according to the instructions provided.
I must admit, it does look nice.

I am a native American Indian. All of my tribal bows and quivers are made of buffalo hide. This was the very thing that I was looking for. The feel is so natural feeling and the release is so smooth. I shoot archery in order to hunt primarily whitetails. That takes a lot of practice. Recently went to two fingers under and this glove works perfectly. It is well made and should hold up over time. The sizing is tight... but remember leather stretches and it takes a few uses to get it to break in to your dimensions! I wear an Extra Large Cadet (short fingers) golf glove and the extra large in this archery glove works fine. Plan to try their bow fishing glove to see how all that works.

I have just purchased my third glove and have been very satisfied.The buffalo glove is sturdy and I like the tight fit in a large. I noticed the buffalo material is not as thick on this one and the finger stalls are longer but the release is perfectly smooth. The release is what keeps me coming back. Great product so don't change it any more .

This is the best glove I've come across so far. Very comfortable, smooth release, excellent feel on string. Only issue is sizing. I had to order 2 sizes larger to fit. I usually wear a meduim, but the medium was too small and ended up ordering an extra large. Other than that, this is a very durable glove that feels great with a smooth release.

Great glove. If you are looking for the top of the line 3 finger go with this! Only problem I had was with the sizing and sizing chart, not much help and I had to eat the shipping three times to get the right size.
