A buddy told me to get an inexpensive glove to learn with. This glove has been a joy. It has a bit of elastic on the wristband that keeps it taught while shooting.

Soften it with a bit of petroleum jelly and it feels like a part of you.

I am new to traditional archery. I shoot a compound bow for deer hunting, and am trying to get up enough skill and nerve to use my long bow to hunt with. The glove makes it much easier to shoot and much more comfortable.
