Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
High quality glove, just a bit too thick leather for me, requires a good deal of break-in. This glove is made by Neet Traditions and is heavy, thick leather, probably ideal for tender fingers or heavy bows. Neet Traditions also makes this same glove in a thinner suede leather version that is much better for me. It breaks in with a dozen shots and has a better "feel". The Cordovian leather tab overlays on the fingers on both versions is a big plus which allows just as accurate shooting as with a tab.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
The cordovan finger tip thread wore out and they are falling apart. not happy. didn't last but a couple weeks of shooting.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
It works great.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Used for primitive use only, and it worked very well.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
This is a nice leather shooting glove. Its adjustable and feels good on the hand.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
This is a quality glove. It is the most adjustable and comfortable glove I have ever used.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I use this glove for hunting, and target practice and I really enjoy this glove.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Cons:The leather is very hard (like a saddle), while I've been taking steps to soften it, the glove begins to hurt after 30-40 arrows. The finger holes come to a point and the tips of my fingers get pinched. I also can't feel the string well. I have not given up on this product but If I were someone else I'd try one of the other brands. For now I'm keeping my trusty finger tap.
Pros:The sizing guide was accurate, the product is very well made (I'll dust for 20 years before that glove breaks).
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Very easy to adjust to your hand.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I have tried different gloves, tabs, etc., and this one fits right in there with the best ones.

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
The glove's finger tips have a vinyl patch for protection instead of leather. This makes "breaking in" the glove more difficult.

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I shot a tab for the last thirty years until my son and I started making our own longbows, so I decided to go back to a glove with the longbow, I learned how to shoot with a glove years ago, anyway I love it, I soaked the glove and shot it wet, by the time it dried it fit me perfect and I get just as good of a release as I do with my sounders tab maybe not just as fast but just as accurate, besides I love the idea of the glove and not a tab hanging on my fingers as I hunt. Plus it looks like Howard Hills glove lol.
I always get great service at 3Rivers

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I've tried a lot of gloves and tabs, but this cordovan glove is the right one. If you are one of those guys that likes to really feel the string this one is not for you. However, if that string hurts your fingers after a lot of shooting, give this glove a try. It really helped my release. Give it a couple of days shooting before you make up your mind.

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I've used other stores products, none have come close to the Quality and forget about others trying to match up the price. Keep it up "3Rivers archery". Customer 4 life.

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Very thick leather on the tips makes this a good glove for the heavier bows, needs to get 'shot in' before it feels right. The seams on the tips look a bit frail, only time will tell if they stand up to the strain. Otherwise a very good traditional glove for the price and I really like the snap faster as opposed to the 'usual' velcro.

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
This product is great for protecting your fingers from the string. It definitely appears to need "breaking in," because it is very stiff at first. I'm still not sure this is the ideal solution for me, but it's a step up from no glove at all. I'm concerned about its longevity, because I can see where repeated cases of putting it on and taking it off, can break the glove.
Prompt delivery and was securely packaged.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Fits very nice & provides exellent protection when shooting stiff poundage.

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
The thread in the finger tips are coming undone. Good protection if shooting higher poundage bows. I get a smoother and quieter release with this glove but I am going to have re-sew the finger tips.

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Great glove but the stitching is loose on a couple of the fingertips so I had to use a little bit of krazy glue to fix it. Other than that no problems.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I've shot thousands of arrows with my current glove, and it's getting a little worn after 11 years of heavy use. So I bought another one, which may last till the end of my archery career.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Very smooth release, but it takes a while to break in. At least 100 shots.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I completely lathered mine in Sno-Seal and blow dried it. Get a tight fit to stretch fit perfectly. Worth having 3 for backup. Great piece of gear. Simple and works.

Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
A good glove that offers a confortable release.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Very durable leather. Reinforced tips are not needed. (I took them off)
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Glove works great!
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
takes some time to break in. But I have found that if you kinda twist the leather finger stalls when u first get it "kinda like wringing out a towel." I found after doing this serveral times gently its ready to rock. I personally use thin Fast Flight string, and this gives the best protection I have felt. They stand up a while. This is my second.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
My only thing is break in time.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Have tried a bunch of gloves and tabs and I like this one the best by far. It is stiff and a bit hard to use at first but after several applications of Montana Pitch Blend it setteled right onto my fingers and gives great protection and a fast smooth release. It's also adjustable to keep it more snug on the fingers. I shoot a 54# recurve almost an hour a day and my fingers aren't as sore as they were and the big calouses are going away. Verry nice. Will get a spare with my next order.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Took a bit of getting used to because this is the first glove with the extra layer of Cordovan that I have used. After about 100 arrows though I have been more comfortable with it and I will stick with this type in the future. Bought 2 of them so I can break them both in and have a backup. Great product. Also like the snap buttons over Velcro.Jerry [...]
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
If you are looking for a good cordovan tip glove at a good price, then look no further. This glove offers very thick finger stalls to prevent grooving and pain in the shooting fingers. The wrist stap is adjustable as well as the length between the wrist strap and finger stalls. Very good construction, but leather is a bit stiff out of the package. Some saddle soap or Montana Pitch blend to soften the finger stall. Another great deal from 3Rivers Archery.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I purchased this glove for my son at Christmas, Now not 2 weeks after the third finger tip is stretch completely out and the whole tip of his finger goes through. I would not recommend this product for other people to purchase. The quality of leather on the third finger tip protector is not of the same as the rest of the glove.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
This the third time I have purchased this glove over a seven year period and have never been dissatisfied. Has a smooth release and the patch on the tips helps guard against string pain on those cold mornings. Only concern with this glove I just purchased, is that it is a bit larger that the last two medium sized gloves I have bought. Hopefully I can shrink it down a bit.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Protects my fingers very well and adjusts perficty to my fit.
It was deliverd in very good condition.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
Not expensive, hard to "break" at first, but then very confortable and smooth release.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
I tried this glove and found it gives a very smooth release that really helps accuracy and tight groups.
With a 73# longbow, it gives excellent finger protection with no bite. Bargain value. I'll see how it holds up to steady use. If it does, it will be the the best value available.
Comments about Cordovan Traditional Archery Shooting Glove:
What you see is what you get. Good, thick leather around the fingers; consistant release. Very adjustable. No problems.
