I purchased this armguard a little over a year ago when getting into traditional archery. I've used it with both a 45# longbow and a 55# recurve. NEVER feel string slap through this guard with either bow. Bungee cords are a little long, but make for easy adjustment to wear this over a layer or two of clothing in cold weather, or snugly when in a t-shirt in warmer weather.

Good quality leather, the elastic strings are a little flimsy but they have held up for several months. Well worth the price. Perfect Armguard for target shooting and competitions. May also be good for reenactments.

Great armguard, it offers great protection. A lot more comfortable than my old armguard the only thing is that it is not the color that is shown in the picture but at least it looks better.

This armguard matches or exceeds the quality of any armguard period. I have other armguards and some are equal but NONE are better than this. Quality, function, durability, and price. Very nice!
