As always before, I'm very pleased with the cedar arrows from 3Rivers. I use these arrows for practice, hunting, 3-D shoots, and stump shooting from a 55# traditional bow. Spine and straightness have been consistant and accurate amoung the bunch I've received each time. Sure you can buy carbon or aluminum arrows for better resilence if you tend to miss what you're shooting at, or you can practice more and be a better shot with wood arrows.

i have been thinking about going with wooden arrows for a while, but wasnt sure how they shot. but when i decided to buy some i bought the ones recommended by the chart, and could not be more pleased. they fly better then the aluminum ones use to shoot. i have never been happier with the way arrows fly out of my bow, and will only shoot these arrows from now on.

Pretty much like the headline says "quality arrows at a good price". I've ordered alot of these arrows and I am always satisfied with what I get. Occasionally you will have to straighten out a few but this is normal for wood arrows. Occasionally I get a few which are not withen the spine group I order. Cutting these a little longer or shorter fixes this problem.

I use the arrows for target,stump shooting and I will use them to hunt.They are constructed great,spined right,and appear to be very straight.I would like to suggest putting a tiny drop of glue at front of feather and let dry so when arrow goes over rest it has less chance of tearing off. I have been using these arrows for about 3 weeks now and have no complaints. I have been shooting about 100 arrows a day and have had no problems with either quality or accuracy. They may not be the prettiest arrows that ever came down the pike but they are definitely a good quality arrow for the price. If you want pretty pay the higher price but if you want a high quality functional arrow at a reasonable price this is the one!

These are great arrows! Tuned just right for my draw length and the longbow I have! I couldn't be more happy with 3 Rivers Archery. I'm a little rough on my belongings and had to re-glue one tip and one nock, but the damages were due to my use. I would recommend these to anyone, competition or target. I'm not a hunter, so I can't give advice on that.

These arrows are accurate. I was at the indoor range shooting at 10 yards. I shot one arrow and then another. I hit the arrow dead square in the nock. I broke the nock and split part of the arrow. I can't repair the arrow due to the damage, but what the heck, if the arrows fly that well I won't complain.

I've been using these arrows for about 2 years now. About half need to be straightened out of the box, a relatively easy process. I love shooting cedar and these arrows don't dissapoint. I am glad to have moved away from a rock area since misses are no longer resulting in shattered arrows!

The arrows are excellent! True quality in arrow construction. 3Rivers ROCKS the world of arrows. Only one complaint, I had them taper the arrows and glue on my points. Several months later, I had 2 points fall off. It was an easy fix though. All in all, excellent arrows!

I've been making my own arrows for a few years and never got them to be consistent. After my first dozen 3 Rivers Arrows my accuracy went from 10% to almost 90% in the 10 inch ring at 35 yards. Very happy with them and highly recommend them to everyone.

These arrows are very well crafted except for the weight difference between them which varies anywhere from 25 to 50 grains in the set I received. Just to give you an idea of the diffrence I will list the various weights according to the 3Rivers grain scale 1. 450 grs 7.450 grs2. 475 grs.8. 500 grs.3. 475 grs.9. 525grs.4. 450 grs.10 500 grs.5.500 grs. 11.525 grs.6. 500 grs. 12.475 grs.As you can see the grain weight diffrence is wide rangeing from 450 grs. to 525 grains in this particular set Which isn't so great. and that is with 125gr. field tips attached. The good ting is they are relitively inexspensive and can be used at I stated above. I cannot recommend them for hunting.

The service from 3Rivers was great I placed an order around the Holiday's and received on time just like they said I would. I've harvested two whitetails using 3Rivers arrows and various species of small game with my longbow. I never have to worry about my arrows and can focus on my shots. PLEASE start offering these in right wing as well! I love these arrows, but I REALLY wish you could specify right or left wing fletching. I use these arrows for hunting whitetail deer. I love the added challenge of primitive bow hunting. My only complaint; the shafts are a little too glossy. I'd like to see a coating used with a very flat sheen for us guys that want to get really close to our prey.

I wanted wood arrows, I can't expect them to be light and I don't. I like them just as they are. I shoot two recurves and a longbow. These arrows preform better than I expected. Because they are heavy, they have excellent penetration, that's what I wanted. I am very happy with them, they preform and look fantastic.

I just recently purchased a recurve bow from 3Rivers! A friend of mine that has been shooting recurves for a number of years say its hard to find wood arrows that fly good through a revurve! The last set have stayed absolutely straight for over a year. When I missed a deer and lost the arrow, I found the arrow 6 months later and it was stuck in a rock crevase in a horizontal position, it was absolutely straight and still using it today...unbelievable. I use them for target pracice and hunting. The pencil sharpener does a good job of getting the arrow ready for your own glued tip.

These are great arrows and fly perfectly out of my Martin Hunter. The dozen arrows I purchased were all straight, so all I had to do was cut them to length, taper the tips and install points. They look great and are very durable. I will definitely buy these again. If you want to try wood arrows and don't know which ones to order do what I did and order the test kit first. Then you know which one will fly the best for you.

I've been around archery a long time and just switched to trad. I keep blunts on the tips for an all around target, stump, and small game shooting. Very nice arrows, they're flying truer than I can shoot 'em (gave my buddy a round with my set). I've only been to the range three times now and am very impressed. The only kink was having to trim back the fletching so not to interfere with my bows' shelf.

The flight of these arrows is very true, so much so that after less than 300 shots I actually split one with a dead on Robin Hood Shot from 20 yards. Lot's of luck ~ true. But I like to think a Straight Arrow helped too.

Aluminum arrows becoming difficult to find, carbon dominates, but wooden arrows are still supreme for traditional archers. Go back to the origins.

The only "con" is the walnut stain on the shafts, which exactly matches the dirt on the target range!

This was a first time purchase. I normally make all of my arrows. I had to straighten about half of the arrows and on one arrow the nock was obviously glued on crooked. I will have to remove and replace the nock.

I do a lot of target shooting and some hunting when I get the chance. These arrows work great and are one of the best prices I can find for such a product. The only drawback is that I've already broke 3 arrows in this set within 3 weeks of shooting. probably bad shooting on my part or those were the weak ones in this set. I may buck up for aluminum shafting next time around, but overall I love these arrows.
