Rigid Formaster Training Aids are excellent training aids for the beginner, intermediate and expert archer. They train your muscle memory, and keep the back muscles working throughout the shot. Technical manual and complete instructions are included. Available in Medium, Large, and X-Large. Please specify.

Note: Draw arm should be straight when measuring circumference around elbow. Measure at the largest part of the elbow. Strap should fit snugly around the draw arm when arm is bent in the full draw position. If strap is too large, it will slide down the arm, causing the rubber cord to be too week to obtain optimal results.
