		Each kit comes with a pre-tapered Hickory belly core, an Ipe center lamination and a Bamboo backing. The backing is planed flat and heat tempered. Although intended for an English style longbow, you can build a flatbow as well. These go perfect with our #8565-2 English Longbow Instructional booklet, which covers everything from glue-up to tillering and finishing. They also come with a glue on strike plate of Ipe.
