I've been to the warehouse in Indiana and I think 3Rivers is capable of making more in-depth videos on arrow making and bow building. I think this would help us customers and make more money for the company. So many times I've been reluctant to purchase something because I don't know enough about it. Overall I think 3Rivers still provides quality supplies at a competitive price. They are a very consistent vendor, and I shall remain a very consistent customer.

If you have to call them, they speak to you in person. They actually drop what they're doing to assist you, and are very patient when you are not sure what you need.

I have really been bitten by the archery bug the past year and I've ordered quite a bit from 3Rivers. I decided to make the 2 hour drive while visiting in-laws and I was not dissapointed. I spent an hour cruising the warehouse, dreaming of all the things to get in the future. I found the things that I had planned to purchase and went to check out. I had a great conversation with Matt Karch. What a friendly guy, thanks for serving your country. I'm sure that the rest of the family is just as nice if they run such an outstanding business, and have great employees. Customer service is so important and you have definately made a customer for life out of me. Thanks again.

The products are quality and they get here fast but a new one for me is answering questions. I emailed a question and to my suprise I got an answer very quickly. I sent another one and the answer was just as rapid. I have dealt with companies that had good service concerning products but usually are slow about answering questions. That puts 3R right on top.
