fastest delivery service out there, i made 3 orders from 2 seprate places two from 3 rivers and another from a e-bay coustomer, 3 rivers made the delivery faster than e-bay seller both orders arrived from 3 rivers one 4 days from order the other 5 days from time of order, i dont know how they did it, own the same day i made the 3 rivers order the e-bay order was made, i havent seen the e-bay order yet still waitting,

            So I order the Dura-glove and 12 carbon Express Heritage Arrows for a grand total of [$] dollars and this glove came to me in a small as was measured via 3 Rivers Glove Sizing charts (which are disturbingly off in measurement and instructions). Tried to exchange the glove for a large size and then had to argue with a Customer Service Rep who wanted me to pay return shipping. Given the cost of the glove, time it took to get to me, plus there "return" shipping I could have asked for a refund and bought the glove at a local Archery Shop. So long story short they finally agreed after two day to wave a measly [$] dollars in exchange for customer loyalty and so I requested the exchange. One week goes by, no call ...nothing, two weeks go by, nothing no call...so I call and then they explain they are on back order.. So I was Like forget this; give me my money back, ill by one at a local shop. And I did. Still waiting for my money back ...do not shop from these people.. I guess spending over a [$]dollars in arrows doesn't warrant customer service and accommodation.

                      I have always been happy with 3 Rivers, no complaints, the service has been great. I have seen some products that I have purchaced in the past, disappear, but I would think that if replacement parts are required, 3 Rivers would do everything in their power to help a customer. 3 Rivers is a wonderful company to order from.

                              I recently purchased a Fred Bear Montana Long Bow from 3 Rivers (my first tradbow purchase). 3 Rivers staff, especially Art Myers were extremely helpful and patient. I asked tons of questions and felt that they put a lot of effort into their reponses. I could not be happier with the new bow. I had a little bit of trouble tuning the new setup, but 3 Rivers staff was right there to help. I would highly recommend 3Rivers to anyone looking at getting into Trad Archery due to their Quality product selection and friendly helpful customer service. I will be placing many orders with 3Rivers over the years as long as the staff remains this friendly and helpful.
