TrueFlight Parabolic cut feathers are the finest turkey feathers available anywhere. Bright colors and uniform pre-ground quills for consistent fletching. TrueFlight Feathers are proudly made in the USA for the best in quality and availability. Parabolic cut has the consistent height of roughly 5/8", but you can choose the cut length of 4" or 5". Sold by the 6-pack (barred colors only), dozen, 50-pack (barred colors only), 100 count, or 1,000 count (call for quote).

Parabolic cut has slightly less surface area compared to shield cut, which will make arrows fletched with parabolic feathers a touch quieter than those fletched with shield cut feathers. Shield cut has a slight edge when it comes to stabilizing an arrow though, as it has just a bit more surface area for wind to grab on to.

What Wing Feather to Shoot?

It is an old belief that a Right handed (RH) shooter must shoot Left wing (LW) so the arrow spins away from the riser on release. This is not the case. An arrow only starts spinning once it is several feet in front of the bow, so feel free to shoot Left or Right wing.
